For instance, Gryffindor students find it near the graveyard, while Slytherin players locate it inside Apollonia's Grotto.
Regardless of your house origin, acquiring the map automatically unlocks the quest in your logbook. The drawing itself serves as your primary clue, depicting a nocturnal setting near a wooded area. Studying the sketch closely reveals that you must visit a specific stone bridge at night.
Locating the Bridge at the Forbidden Forest
To begin tracking the treasure, fast travel to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame location during nighttime. If you arrive during daylight hours, open your map screen and choose the option to advance the time to night. Just a short distance from the fast travel point, you will spot the iconic stone bridge depicted in the drawing.
Stand on the bridge near the entrance of the forest and cast the illumination spell Lumos. Casting this spell triggers a set of glowing floating candles to appear right before you. These magical lights act as your guide and will begin drifting into the dark woods.
